Ordering Dollhouses and Accessories
Dollhouses Built / Kits
When you are ordering a personalised Dollhouse allow for delivery time and building time, especially at certain times of the year as it can be exceptional busy and you'll need to give us as much notice to make sure your order can be filled and delivered. We always try to fill an order even at short notice as we are aware that a little girl young or old has the right to change her mind. The dollhouse kits from The Dollshouse Emporium can be ordered and dispatched to you within 5 working days throughout Ireland. The Streets Ahead dollhouse kits will be dispatched within 14 working days. Carriage on all Dollhouse Built or Kit will €12 within Ireland and some of the built houses will be collection only.
Accessories
Many of the accessories I'll have in stock but allow 5 -7 working days for delivery.
Payment of your order.
All products must be paid for before they are dispatched. You can place your order by phone, email or post. Do not enclose any visa / laser details in corespondence. just contact details. List the item number and quantity of the product you require and a brief description. The carriage will vary depending on size of order with a maximum charge of €12 for all over Ireland. Your order will dispatched through An Post or Courier and again this will depend on the size of the order.
Returns policy on receipt of Dolls House Studio goods

All goods must be inspected by you upon receipt and any damage in transit or shortages must be notified to The Dolls House Studio within 7 days of receipt.
Where goods have been damaged in transit, we will arrange for collection and offer you the choice of a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. In circumstances where you are accepting goods by courier and the packaging is clearly damaged on arrival, when signing to accept delivery, please write “BOX DAMAGED” on the delivery record.
Where goods are found to be faulty on receipt, we will arrange for collection and offer you the choice of a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
If you receive your order in good condition but you consider any item to be unsuitable, you may return it for a refund provided that you do so within 7 days of receipt, that the item is returned in its original saleable condition and still in its original packaging. In these circumstances you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of the return carriage. Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.
